Goal(s): To provide independent teams and clubs opportunities to develop their players in a non-competitive environment. 

Organization: Hawaii Youth Soccer Association has approved the organization and operation of the leagues to carryout the mission of providing playing opportunities for the younger players during the Spring Season. The playing divisions will be grouped as follows:

To Register New Players:

Submit the following via mail to the address listed on the HYSA Spring Scrimmage League webpage on the HYSA website.

1- HYSA membership form
2- Copy of Birth Certificate
3- 1x1 photo- $20 fee (Checks made payable to “HYSA”)
4- A self-addressed stamped envelope.

Limited to the first 32 teams (waitlist all others) 

U11/U12 Divisions:
This is an 11-A-Side developmental league, open to boys and girls U11 & U12 teams. Teams may be mixed gender and players may be mixed from other teams (with coaches’ consent). All players must be HYSA registered.

Youth Referee Mentorship Program
HYSA is offering a FREE mentoring program for young or new referees. The program offers an opportunity to be mentored by experienced referees. Gain more confidence and learn the finer points of refereeing. Check the HYSA Spring Scrimmage League page on the HYSA Website for forms and deadlines.
